Digital Signage
Show your references and media on office and showroom screens — screens, playlists, and the content library.
Digital Signage (/my/digital-signage) turns office, showroom, and trade-fair screens into a live channel for your references: pair a display, assemble a playlist, done.
The signage dashboard
The overview shows tiles for your Screens, Playlists, and Content, with quick actions. First-time users get a guided start: create a screen, create a playlist, upload content.
Screens
A screen represents a physical display:
Open the player on the device
On the display device (smart TV browser, mini PC, tablet), open the platform's player page. It shows a short pairing code.
Pair the screen
In the workspace, add a screen and enter the pairing code — the display is now bound to your company and starts playing its assigned playlist.
Manage remotely
The screen list shows each display with its status; assign playlists and adjust settings centrally — the device updates itself.
Organize larger fleets with search and tags.
Playlists
A playlist is an ordered sequence of content:
- Title, status, and scheduling options
- Ordered items — media assets from the content library and reference content
- An override flag for priority playlists (e.g. an event loop that temporarily replaces the default)
- Duplicate an existing playlist as a starting point
Assign playlists to one or many screens.
Content library
The content library holds your signage media — images and videos, organized in folders. Reference content published to the Digital Signage channel is available to playlists as well, so your screens stay current as your portfolio grows.
Landscape stage images from your references work well on screens. Keep one evergreen default playlist per location and use override playlists for events.
