Managing ReferencesProducts, Partners & Awards

Products, Partners & Awards

Enrich references with the products you deployed, the partners you worked with, and the awards a project won.

The Products, partners & awards tab of the reference form links a project to three kinds of related entities. All three appear on the public reference page.

Used products

Record the products your company deployed in the project — materials, software, systems:

  • Pick products with the type-ahead; new products can be created inline (with the create product permission).
  • Products are managed centrally in the "Used Products" Manager (/my/company/products): name, manufacturer (with link), teaser, rich-text description, deep link, and SEO label — per language.
  • Each product's page in the manager lists the references it is used in, so you can see your product track record at a glance.

Resulting products

A separate field records the resulting product — a generic name for what the project produced (e.g. "pedestrian bridge", "ERP rollout"). It is entered as free text per reference; the manager's Resulting Products view (/my/company/products?mode=resulting) aggregates these read-only, with links to the underlying references.

Involved partners

Name the partner companies you delivered the project with:

  • Pick or create partners inline; each partner link carries a role text ("structural engineering", "general contractor") and its own release level — so you can credit partners internally without exposing the collaboration publicly.
  • Partners are managed centrally under My Company Profile → Partners, with logo, description, and an optional link to the partner's own platform profile. Your partners can also be shown on your company profile.

Awards

Add the awards a project won:

  • Pick an existing award with the type-ahead or create one in a dialog; enter the year it was won.
  • Awards appear on the reference page and on your company profile's sidebar, and other users can find references by award.

Products, partners, and awards are shared, platform-wide entities (unlike your private reference groups) — check the type-ahead before creating duplicates.
