A tour of the logged-in workspace — navigation, the dashboard, and how the pieces fit together.
After signing in you land in the workspace — everything under /my/…. This page gives you the lay of the land.
Navigation
The main navigation groups the workspace into two menus plus tools:

The content-production side:

My Company Profile
The company-marketing and admin side:

Tools such as Messages, Watchlists, Statistics, and Digital Signage have their own entries.
You only see the menu entries and buttons your permissions allow. If a feature described in this documentation is missing for you, ask your company admin for the corresponding permission.
The dashboard
The dashboard (/my/dashboard, also your start page) summarizes your company account:
- Key figures — total references, published references, confirmed (client-verified) references, and company users, each linking to the corresponding list.
- Next steps — onboarding hints while your account is young (dismissible).
- Statistics widgets — views of the last 30 days, your top 5 references by views, and views by industry per quarter, linking to the full statistics.
- Action required — references waiting for your review or confirmation.
- Last visited — the references and companies you recently opened.
- Current watchlist — quick access to your active watchlist.
- News — announcements and blog posts from the platform team.
Switching companies
If you belong to more than one company, the company overview page (/my/company) offers a context switcher — all workspace pages then operate on the selected company.
Search from anywhere
The header search finds references, companies, industries, news, and job offers as you type, grouped by type. Members can also run the full search with facets over their own portfolio (Our company-owned references only) — often the fastest way into a specific reference.
Language & theme
Your interface language (German/English) and theme (light/dark/system) are personal settings available in the header — they don't affect what your colleagues see, nor the content languages of your references.
