Your Company ProfileProfile Sections

Profile Sections

The optional sections of your public profile — locations, services & methods, media library, history, news, and job offers.

Beyond master data and About Us, your profile has optional sections, each with its own manager under My Company Profile. Every section has a display tab toggle — sections without content or with the tab disabled simply don't appear publicly.

Locations

Locations (/my/company/locations) manages your sites beyond the headquarters:

  • Each location has a type (branch office, subsidiary, affiliated company, …), a geocoded address, contact data with per-field visibility, a main contact, a primary language, and a description per language.
  • Cards can be reordered by drag & drop (or keyboard); each shows an embedded OpenStreetMap preview.
  • Locations feed the profile's Locations and Directions tabs — both have their own visibility toggles at the top of the manager.
  • Locations can also be referenced from references as the responsible company location.

Services & methods

Services (/my/company/methods) curates your company's repertoire — the techniques, methods, and services you offer, organized by industry and work field:

  • It's a checkbox page, not a form: tick what you offer; every toggle saves immediately.
  • Missing an entry? Suggest a new method inline.
  • The repertoire drives the Services tab of your profile, and helps search suggest your company for matching queries.

This is your general capability statement — which services you applied in a specific project is recorded per reference.

Media library

Media (/my/company/media) is the profile's own media collection, organized by type: gallery images, stage images (the profile header), videos (YouTube/Vimeo links), audio, presentations/PDFs, and 360° panoramas. Upload, crop, sort, and set titles/descriptions per language — the same mechanics as reference media.

History & milestones

History (/my/company/history) maintains a chronological timeline of your company's milestones — founding, expansions, certifications, landmark projects. Entries are added and edited inline in the timeline; the tab has its own visibility toggle.

News

News (/my/news) is your company's news stream, shown on the profile's News tab and on the platform blog pages:

  • Articles with rich text, images, and tags; add and edit inline.
  • RSS import can pull articles from your existing corporate news feed.
  • Readers can comment on articles (registered users; comments support replies and likes).

Job offers

Job Offers (/my/company/job-offers) manages open positions for the profile's Career tab: multilingual title and rich-text description, status, and contact defaults. Job offers also appear in the platform-wide header search.

Sections are optional — a complete About tab, locations, and services matter most. Enable History, News, and Jobs when you'll actually maintain them; a news tab whose last entry is two years old works against you.
