Website Embedding
Bring your references to your own website and intranet — via the REST API, the catalog widget, or the hosted showcase.
Your references shouldn't live on the platform alone. Three options bring them to your own web presence — pick by how much control you want.
Option 1: The REST API (full control)
The public REST API delivers your published references as JSON — list, detail, search with facets, filter definitions, and your industry tree. Your agency builds the catalog in your website's design; the data stays maintained in one place, on the platform.
- Best for: corporate websites and intranets with their own design system
- Effort: web development required
- See the API Reference and the catalog guide
Only references published to the API channel are delivered — you control exactly what your website shows via the publication settings.
Option 2: The catalog widget (low effort)
The reference catalog widget is a prebuilt, embeddable component: a searchable, filterable catalog of your references for any page that can host a snippet of HTML. Configuration (which references, layout options) happens in the workspace under Widgets (/my/widgets), per registered website.
- Best for: getting a reference section onto an existing site quickly
- Effort: paste an embed snippet
Option 3: The hosted showcase (zero code)
The Customer Showcase is a branded catalog page hosted by the platform — your logo, your reference groups as navigation, the full filter experience — which you link or iframe from your site. Content is controlled via the Customer Showcase channel and your reference groups.
- Best for: a complete reference section without any development
- Effort: none beyond publishing
Whichever option you choose, views are tracked per channel — statistics show you how your website audience compares to platform visitors.
