Export, Print & Import
Export references as PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint, print catalogs, compare references, and import existing data.
Exporting references
Exports are available from the Reference Manager and search (single references, a selection, or a whole result set) and from watchlists.
The export dialog offers:
- Format — PDF (print layout), Excel, or PowerPoint
- Document template — your company's export templates, where configured (contact the platform team for corporate-design templates)
- Orientation — portrait or landscape
- Columns / content — choose what to include: service provider, client, confirmation status, links, service branches, watchlist notes, tags, published status, responsible location, custom identifier, contact user, contract value, …
- List title and additional text for catalog-style exports
- Export only the checked entries when you selected specific references
Internal columns (custom identifier, contract value, …) are marked as internal in the dialog — they are for your team's exports, not for public handouts.
If your browser blocks the export pop-up, the dialog shows a manual Open export here link.
Printing
- Single reference — the detail page's print action opens print options (content toggles, then a print-ready view / PDF).
- Company profile — the public profile has its own print dialog with layout and section choices.
- Search results & watchlists — print the current result list or list selection as a catalog.
Comparing references
Select two or more references in the manager and choose Compare — a side-by-side table of their facts and properties. Useful for internal reviews and for preparing bids.
Importing existing data
If you already maintain references elsewhere, you don't have to re-type them:
- Excel/CSV import — column-mapped import of reference lists (My Company Profile → Import,
/my/company/import). - JSON import — structured import for larger or automated migrations.
- Bulk export — your complete portfolio can be exported as a ZIP (JSON plus media and per-reference PDFs) under Export (
/my/company/export), available on paid plans. - Claim external references — if your projects were already found on your website and shown as external web results, claim your profile to take them over as drafts instead of entering them by hand.
For an initial migration of a large portfolio (hundreds of references, media archives, ERP integration), contact the platform team — assisted imports via the API are often faster than spreadsheet preparation.
