The Public Company Profile

What visitors see on your company page, how it is structured, and where each section is managed.

Your public company profile is your marketing page on the platform — reachable under your company's own URL slug. It aggregates your master data, references, and the optional profile sections into a tabbed page.

Anatomy of the profile

Header — your industry classification, logo, company name, and teaser, plus visitor actions: Make an inquiry (sends you a message), Print profile, and Add to watchlist. Owners with edit rights additionally see an Edit profile button and per-section edit shortcuts.

Section tabs — only tabs with content are shown:

Sidebar — contact card (address, phone, e-mail, website — each field's visibility follows its release level), quick facts (founded, employees, legal form, reference count), social media links, awards and memberships, share buttons, and a Report misuse option.

References — your published references are the heart of the profile, presented with the same cards as in search.

The company overview hub

As a member, Company Profile Manager (/my/company) is your starting point:

  • Company card with a View as a visitor link to your public profile
  • A plan usage alert when you approach your contingents, linking to Plan & Billing
  • Rights-gated quick-add buttons (reference, news, job offer, user)
  • A directory of all profile managers
  • Account actions, including Cancel account

If you belong to several companies, the hub also hosts the company context switcher.

Visibility & publication

The profile itself has per-language publication statuses (managed in Master Data) — like references, your profile can be live in German, English, or both. Individual sections are toggled on/off in their managers via display tab switches.

Fill the profile before you push references: visitors who open a reference almost always click through to the company — an empty About tab or missing logo costs trust at exactly the wrong moment.
