About Us & Imprint

Company Profile Manager → About us (/my/company/about-us) manages the content of your profile's About tab. All texts are maintained per language.
Description
A rich-text company description — your story, your positioning, your capabilities. This is the main body of the About tab.
Company data
Structured facts shown as quick facts on your profile:
- Legal form (GmbH, AG, …)
- Company size — either as a size bracket or as an exact employee number (toggle)
- Founding year
- Flags: apprenticing company, non-profit
Imprint
German law requires an imprint (Impressum) for business websites — your public profile counts. Choose one of two modes:
- Enter imprint data — authorized representative, commercial register and registration court/number, sales-tax ID (USt-ID), business ID, regulatory authority, chamber and chamber URL.
- Link an external imprint — point to the imprint page on your own website instead.
Social media
Add your channels — X/Twitter handle, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Mastodon, and an RSS feed. The form validates hosts and warns when a URL doesn't match the expected platform (e.g. a Facebook URL in the LinkedIn field).
Tab visibility
The Display About-Us tab switch controls whether the tab appears on your public profile — it saves instantly.
The About description is indexed for search. Write it for prospects, not lawyers: what you do, for whom, and what makes you different — the legal detail lives in the imprint block.
